29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On February 28, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while performing roofing work from a pitched roof having a ground to eave height of over 25 feet. b) On February 28, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while performing roofing work from a pitched roof located above the entrance doorway having a ground to eave height of approximately 9 feet. c) On February 28, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while performing carpentry work from a pitched roof located above the entrance doorway having a ground to eave height of approximately 9 feet. Reliable Roofing & Remodeling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965693, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 3, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 449 Sunset Rd., Winnetka, IL 60093
