29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    a) Production Lines - Employees working on production machines to include the Uni Press and Scroll Shear were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards from performing maintenance on machinery without machine specific Lockout/Tagout procedures, on or about January 12th, 2017.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A)  Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control:    a) Production Lines - Employees working on production machines to include the Uni press and Scroll Shear were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards from performing maintenance on machinery without authorized Lockout/Tagout training, on or about January 12th, 2017.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
