Employees voluntarily wear a 3M half mask respirator when conducting painting operations.

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(6): In determining the employee's ability to use a respirator, the employer shall obtain a written recommendation regarding the employee's ability to use the respirator from the PLHCP (physician or other licensed health care professional): a) At the facility, on or about March 1, 2017 - Employees, who voluntarily wear a respirator, were not provided with medical evaluation prior to donning a respirator. Employees voluntarily wear a 3M half mask respirator when conducting painting operations.
