Loading Dock- On or about March 2, 2017, the space in front of two Square D Heavy Duty Safety Switches labeled " Dock Leveler P2 #22 480V" were not maintained and were obstructed by materials including a pallet jack, forklift, and the charging station, thus impeding quick access to the electrical switches.  The switches were used to turn power on and off for two Kelly dock levelers. b. Loading Dock- On or about March 2, 2017, the space in front of two Square D General Duty Safety Switches were not maintained and were obstructed by materials including a pallet jack, forklift, and the charging station, thus impeding quick access to the electrical switches.  The switches were used to turn power on and off for two Dok-Lok vehicle restraints.
