29 CFR 1926.405(d): Panelboards mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes or enclosures designed for the purpose were not dead front: a) Dunmore, PA: Employees were exposed to an electric shock hazard while running coax cable in the old boiler room which contained a live 200-amp service panel that was not equipped with a dead front or otherwise protected, on or about March 2, 2017. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
