Behind the Olive Garden on Carlisle Pike - On or about April 6, 2026, employees were doing telecommunication work connecting cable to a pole. The employee was observed approximately 15-20 feet above the ground without being tied off. No abatement certification and documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(xii): Before moving an aerial lift for travel, the boom was not inspected to see that it is properly cradled and outriggers were in a stowed position. a. Behind the Olive Garden on Carlisle Pike - On or about April 6, 2026, employees were doing telecommunication work connecting cable to a pole. The employee was in the boom approximately 15-20 feet in the air while the vehicle mounted lift was moved, exposing the employee to a fall hazard. No abatement certification and documentation required.
