29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords were being used as a permanent source for wiring. On the north side of the stock room, the employer used flexible cords as a substitute for fixed wiring to energize lights that were secured under storage racks exposing employees to electrical hazards.
