29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: At the residential construction site located at 1136 W College Street, Building 200, Liberty, MO 64068, the employer is failing to protect employees from injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with which they work. Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to gasoline used to power the generator.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: At the residential construction site located at 1136 W College Street, Building 200, Liberty, MO 64068, the employer is failing to protect employees from struck by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about March 2, 2017 when roofers were removing roofing material from an apartment building to prepare to re-roof the building. The employees on the roof were throwing roofing materials to the ground where the foreman was throwing it into the trailer.
