At the Fort Dodge IA USDA-NRCS Service Center the Amerex A417 ABC Fire Extinguisher located in the 2009 Dodge pickup, License A346059, had not been subjected to an annual maintenance Check. No inspection tags or records were present. The USDA-NRCS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1182315, Notice number 1, Item 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 1918 Greene St., Adel , IA 50003.

29 CFR 1910.157(f)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not hydrostatically tested within the intervals specified in Table L1: At the Fort Dodge IA USDA-NRCS Service Center the Amerex A417 ABC Fire Extinguisher located in the 2009 Dodge pickup License A346059, had not been subjected to hydrostatic testing at a 12 year test interval listed in table L-1. The USDA-NRCS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(f)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1182315, Notice number 1, Item 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 1918 Greene St., Adel , IA 50003.
