On or about 2/2/17, at the Stony Lonesome guard gate, employees fill a heat generator with fuel from a fuel can as needed. One of the two fuel cans at the site did not have a top. c). On or about 2/2/17, at the Thayer guard gate, employees fill a heat generator with fuel from a fuel can as needed. One of the two fuel cans at the site did not have a top.
