29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): The quantity of Category 2, 3 or 4 flammable liquid located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 120 gallons:  (a) Excelsior Blowers Systems, Incorporated - There were multiple one (1) and five (5) gallon spray coating containers and a fifty five (55) gallon drum of Safety Kleen totaling approximately one hundred thirty nine (139) gallons of flammable liquids stored outside of storage cabinets and located within twenty (20) feet of a electrical disconnect, on or about March 7, 2017.  Abatement certification required within ten (10) days of abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

(b) Excelsior Blower Systems, Incorporated - Assembly Area - The portable fire extinguisher was blocked by the blower stand, on or about March 7, 2017.
