On or about 02/28/2017, at the trash compactor enclosure - employees loading cement blocks to a veneer jack scaffold fell 4 feet to the ground after the scaffold collapsed. The scaffold was erected on soft ground and mud sills were not used. The scaffold was loaded with approximately 70 cement blocks and 5 employees.
