Violation observed on or about 03/10/2017   Gena & Sons Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957939, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/04/2014 , with respect to a workplace located at 223 1st Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302.
