F/T Constellation, Lower Deck/Factory Area:  On or about 9 March 2017 and times prior thereto, the Green SAS wall mounted eye was station was inoperative.  The unit was empty of solution, not inspected, and the servicing lid was missing.  This condition exposed employees to eye trauma hazards.
