29 CFR 1915.87(e): The employer did not ensure that quick-drenching and flushing of the eyes and body were located for immediate emergency use and within close proximity to the operations where such substances were being used. F/T Constellation, Lower Deck/Factory Area: On or about 9 March 2017 and times prior thereto, the Green SAS wall mounted eye was station was inoperative. The unit was empty of solution, not inspected, and the servicing lid was missing. This condition exposed employees to eye trauma hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein F/T Constellation, Workshop/Welding bench area: On or about 9 March 2017 and times prior thereto, unattended 1 gallon plastic bottle; containing an unknown chemical substance was not marked identifying the product and the hazard warnings associated with it. This condition exposed employees to chemical burns, poisoning, and skin dermatitis.
