29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:    a) Hikae Info Tech, LLC dba Hikae/Middlesex, NJ- Furnace Area: The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for employees who were required to wear 3M 6200 half face, air purifying respirator. The employees were required to use respiratory protection while working in the area where aluminum dust and fumes were present.    Condition observed on or about March 13, 2017.
