29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  a) 172 Baekland Ave., Unit3, Middlesex, NJ 08846 - Furnace Area  Employees did not have access to safety data sheets for chemicals with which they with including but not limited to molten aluminum and other heated metals which produced metal dusts and fumes.  Condition observed on or about September 24, 2019.  WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) 172 Baekland Ave., Unit3, Middlesex, NJ 08846 - Furnace Area  The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for employees who were required to wear 3M 6200 and 7502 half face, air purifying respirators. The employees were required to use respiratory protection while working in areas where dusts and metal fumes were present.  Condition observed on or about September 24, 2019.  The company, Hikae Info Tech, LLC, dba Hikae,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1216809, citation number 1, item number 1A and was affirmed as a final order on 1/17/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 172 Baekland Ave., Unit3, Middlesex, NJ 08846.  WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
