29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a) Exterior of Building - Roof: Employees without any means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of  approximately 13 feet while engaged in masonry activities , on or about 2/18/17.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.      a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold Right Side: Employees without any means of fall protection, engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold platform, were exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 13 feet, on or about 2/18/17.      Darco Construction Corp was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1085776, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/21/16, with respect to a workplace located at 66 Main St., Ramsey NJ.
