29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The employer did not train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format.  (a) For employees welding steel and spray painting parts, as noted on or about 04/12/2017, employees were not informed about new Safety Data Sheets and Pictograms. Inside the installation shop and painting area were compressed gases that contained argon, and carbon dioxide; welding fumes wich contain  but are not limtied to iron oxide fume, manganese fume; paints which contain but are not limited to xylene, ethyl benzene.
