29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: (a) The employer did not ensure containers (spray bottles and 5 gallon bucket) of hazardous chemicals in the workplace were properly labeled. This exposed employees to chemical hazards. These chemicals include but are not limited to Noroz Azox (polymerization initiator) and Aropol L 65305 T-22 Resin.
