29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: Shipping/Receiving area: The employer is exposing employees to hazardous condition. The employees are exposed to unsafe conditions where a walking surface has an uncovered hole. On and about 03/16/2017 a walking surface was not maintained in safe condition where employees were exposed to a hole which was measured at approximately 3 1/2 inches wide and approximately 9 inches long.
