29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. (a) At the BLM, Las Vegas Interagency Communication Center Helitack bay area, not all fifteen (15) circuit breakers in the power panel S were labeled. Not knowing which breaker controls their equipment exposes employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. (a) At the BLM, Las Vegas Interagency Communication Center Helitack bay area and in the break room area, portable fire extinguishers were left free standing and not mounted, while the other was obstructed by Premo MK III box and materials. The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1085814, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/23/2015, with respect to a workplace located at BLM, 2755 Mission Blvd., Kingman, AZ 86401.
