29 CFR 1910.106(d)(6)(i): "General." Storage outside buildings shall be in accordance with Table H-16 or H-17, and subdivisions (ii) and (iv) of this subparagraph: On or about March 17, 2017, the employer stored Class I B flammable liquids in an outdoor storage area that was not in accordance with Table H-16 or H-17 as required. The standard allows for an outdoor storage area for Class I flammable liquids with a limit of 2,200 gallons and the employer had over 4,774 gallons of Class I B flammable liquids stored in the area.
