29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: A.) F & S Tool Inc. - On or about 3/21/17, and at times prior thereto, employees were not using hand tools to keep their hands away from the rotating saw blade on the Roll In Band Saw (Serial #05107EF) when cutting smaller pieces of stock. Smaller pieces of stock included, but were not limited to, carbon parts.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: A.) F & S Tool Inc.; shop area - On or about 3/21/17, and at times prior thereto, the saw blade on the Roll In Band Saw (Serial #05107EF) was not guarded on the bottom of the saw blade in the housing. The housing was open and exposed the saw blade as it came onto the pulley.
