Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Heath Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: A) FCA US, LLC, located at 4400 Chrysler Drive, Toledo, OH 43608: On or about March 14, 2017, the employer did not ensure that one or more methods of machine guarding that were provided did adequately protect employees from moving parts such as, but not limited to, the headlamp aligner equipment's gantry system, located at the Merilab Aligner Station #2. Employees were exposed to struck by, caught-in-between, and crushing hazards.
