29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(d): Flammable liquids were not drawn from or transferred into vessel(s), container(s), or portable tank(s) within a building through a closed piping system, from safety cans, by means of a device drawing through the top, or from a container or portable tank by gravity through an approved self-closing valve:    a) HERCULES ENTERPRISES, LLC/Hillsborough, NJ- Spray Booth Area:  The employer did not provide safety can(s) for employees to use in all areas where Category 2 flammable liquid was dispensed into secondary container. Employees transferred Acetone (flash point 1.4 degrees F and boiling point 133 degrees F) into 5 gal plastic bucket without a cover.     Condition observed on or about March 21, 2017.
