29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): This violation occurred on or about March 21, 201, at a workplace located at 7023 Mammoth, Irving, TX 75062; where employees were working on the roof and were not protected from falling to the ground below. Jorge Alberto Portillo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058428, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 01, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 122 North Star, Waxahachie, TX; and in OSHA inspection number 965443, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 08, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 242 Belmont Dr., Midlothian, TX.
