29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On or about March 23, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in framing activities, working at a height greater than six (6) feet above a lower level, were provided fall protection training.  This exposed the employees to the fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about March 23, 2017, employees engaged in framing activities, working from a height greater than six (6) feet to a lower level, were not protected by any method of fall protection.  This exposed employees to fall hazards.  Antonio Montoya Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1005986, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 714 N. 14th Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74014.  Antonio Montoya Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314276197, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 29, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 6649 N. Riverside Drive, Ft. Worth, Texas 76137.  Antonio Montoya Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 282422, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 5202 S. Highway 97, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063.
