29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about March 24, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential construction operations, approximately eleven (11) feet above the ground, were not protected from falling, thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with falls. The Blue-Gold Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1141789, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 6, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 5, Chimay Court, Frankfort, IL 60423. The Blue-Gold Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 911175, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 757 N.
