29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a. 100 Kennedy Drive, Block 330.04, Lot 1.01, Sayreville, NJ (Gillette Towers Construction Site) Employer used an Ingersoll-Rand All Terrain Forklift with an attached scaffold platform that was not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. The employer designed and built a wood scaffold work platform at the jobsite and authorized employees to work from the platform when it was elevated. Violation observed on or about March 24, 2017
