If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: On or about March 27, 2017 at the facility located at 1255 Independence Dr. Neenah, WI 54956, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards do to the fact the employer did not ensure pot holes in the lot were guarded or repaired.
