29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Roof: On or about March 27, 2017 and at times prior, as the controlling employer, R&R Builders did not ensure its sub-contractor, Jeremy Taylen Contracting, protected their employees in that employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet 6 inches to the ground below while installing asphalt shingles on a 4:12 pitch roof.
