29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about March 29, 2017, in shop #1, the disconnect panel box going to several of the plastic extruding machines had a missing breaker. Employees operate the plastic extruding machines in this area. Employees exposed to the hazard of an electrical shock.
