Lesko Enterprises, Inc.; Shipping Warehouse - On or about 3/28/17, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of electrical panel boxes was used for the storage of items including, but not limited to, boxes, brooms, shovels, rock salt and a pallet. B.) Lesko Enterprises, Inc.; Printing Department - On or about 3/28/17, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of the electrical panels boxes was used for the storage of items including, but not limited to, boxes, a broom and a stool. C.) Lesko Enterprises, Inc.; Molding Department - On or about 3/28/17, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of the electrical panels boxes was used for the storage of items including, but not limited to, a box of cups.
