29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6:    (a) Roads and Trails Tool Room Flammable Cabinet: Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing two 14.1 Ounce BenzOMatic Propane Fuel Cylinders with flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to, Gunk Engine Degreaser, Kingsford Charcoal Fluid and ChemSearch Degreaser and Motor Cleaner in the same flammable storage cabinet.  (b) Electrical Shop Flammable Cabinet: Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing one 16 Ounce TurboTorch Mapp Gas Cylinders with flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to, approximately six 16 Ounce aerosol cans of WD-40, approximately twelve cans of 5.75 Ounce cans of Permatex Battery Cleaner and approximately 24 cans of Krylon Spray Paint in the same flammable storage cabinet.  THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, GRAND CANYON FACILITY MANAGEMENT DIVISION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 994371, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 003 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 4, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT BUILDING 1575, SHUTTLE BUS ROAD, GRAND CANYON, ARIZONA 86023.
