29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about April 3, 2017 in the powder coating area, the employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards when spraying chemicals in the coating area without being provided an emergency shower and eye-wash station. Odyssey Industrial Systems LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910. 124(g)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1116172, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 5/18/2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 1169 Brittmoore Park Drive, Houston, Texas 77041.
