29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) 1211 Lancaster Road, Manheim PA - Roofers were observed working on a steep roof approximately 12 feet above ground and were not protected from fall hazards, on or about April 5, 2017. The roofers each donned a harness but were not connected to an anchor point. No abatement certification or documentation required.
