29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer's accident prevention programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent person designated by the employer. (a) A Martinez Construction at 3825 S. Monaco Pkwy. Denver, CO: On or before 3/22/2017, the creating and exposing employer did not ensure that employees who were re-roofing this apartment complex were protected from fall hazards through the use of personal fall arrest systems. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. A Martinez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 998417, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/21/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 23728 E. Bellewood Drive, Aurora, CO 80016.
