29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  The employer is failing to ensure that employees are protected from fall hazards of 6 feet and greater during roofing work.  This was most recently observed on May 16, 2019 when employees of A Martinez Construction LLC were exposed to fall hazards while performing roofing work without the use of fall protection systems on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface.    A Martinez Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1334802, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, which was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6298 S. Killarney Ct., Centennial, CO.  A Martinez Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 998417, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, which was affirmed as a final order on November 21, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 23728 E. Bellwood Dr., Aurora, CO.
