29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5): Within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, the employer did not establish a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms could be compared.    An employee engaged in metal fabrication activities operating a waterjet located in the plate processing area was exposed to a personal noise dosimeter sound level of 88.5 decibels equivalent to 81.88 dose percentage was beyond 1.637 times over the action level during 430 minutes sampling on May 11th, 2017.  A baseline audiogram had not been conducted within 6 months of the employee's first exposure for future comparison.
