29 CFR 1910.176(a): The employer did not ensure that permanent aisles or passageways were appropriately marked where mechanical handling equipment operated: Aisles between Wood and Tool Areas- On or about April 10, 2017 employees were exposed to struck by hazards when the markings which separated pedestrian walk ways and mechanical handling equipment travel areas were not visible. Abatement certification required for this item per 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
