29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): The depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts may not be less than indicated in Table S-1. Distances shall be measured from the live parts if they are exposed or from the enclosure front or opening if they are enclosed; a) Outside wall of label printing office: The access to a single pole breaker box was completely blocked by boxes and the installation did not have a clear space of at least 3 feet in front of its face, on or about, April 14, 2017. b) Stephanie grinder area: The access to several breaker and switch boxes was impeded by stored materials including a table saw and miscellaneous containers of materials and the installations did not have clear spaces of at least 3 feet in front of their faces, on or about, April 14, 2017. c) Liz grinder area: The access to several breaker and switch boxes was impeded by a wooden platform used for temporary feeding of the grinder and the installations did not have clear spaces of at least 3 feet in front of their faces, on or about, April 17, 2017. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
