OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by flying projectiles: South end of the warehouse: On or about April 13, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by flying projectiles, while using compressed air that was transported above grade via a 3/4-inch PVC pipe at an operating pressure above 30 p.s.i.
