OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to laceration and amputation hazards. a) For the Structall Building Systems manufacturing site, on or about 09/15/2022 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to potential laceration and/or amputation hazards, in that, an emergency stop pushbutton on a sheet metal slitter machine was broken.
