Employees stored food in the breakroom in the refrigerator and freezer. Employees used the countertops and table in the breakroom to prepare and consume food on or about 4/18/2017.     Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
