29 CFR 1910.106(g)(3)(iv)(d): The dispensing units, except those attached to containers, shall be mounted either on a concrete island or protected against collision damage by suitable means.   Building 518, parking area; on or about 12 April 2017 and times prior thereto; a 550 gallon above ground diesel fuel tank was not guarded to prevent vehicular contact. This exposed employees to contact with flammable and combustible liquids and other fire hazards.
