29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Bldg 518: On or about 12 April 2016 and times prior thereto, the 50 gallon Bradley eye wash station had not been inspected/tested  since 02 June 2011.  Manufacturer requires pressurized eye wash station to be tested weekly.  Corrosive materials are stored in this building.  This condition exposed employees to eye trauma hazards.
