29 CFR 1910.165(e): Manually operated actuation devices for use in conjunction with employee alarms were not unobstructed, conspicuous and readily accessible 1st Floor, Store area: On or about 13 April 2017 and times prior thereto, the manual-operated fire alarm by the North entrance was obstructed with parcels of wood. This condition exposed employees to smoke inhalation and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information Warehouse floor/Receiving area: On or about 13 April 2017and times prior thereto, employees had not been trained on the requirements of the Global Harmonization System. The lack of training would limit their ability to understand the new requirements of the program.
