29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 04/20/2017 on the job site, employees were exposed to a 41 ft. fall hazard when walking/working on the 4.5/12 slope installing roofing insulation, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized. Turnkey Construction Planners, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1164124, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/12/2016, with respect to a workplace location at 11356 Patterson St., St. Port Saint Lucie, FL 34953. Turnkey Construction Planners, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958012, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/26/2014, with respect to a workplace location at 854 Lorenzo Place, Rockledge, FL 32956.
