Ross Enterprises worksite located at 2540 Baumhart Rd., in Amherst, Ohio:  On or about April 19, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet 6 inches while performing roofing activities were trained in the appropriate use of fall protection such as but limited to the use of personal fall arrest systems or alternative measures.    Ross Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903526, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2013, with respect to a workplace located in Sandusky, Ohio.
