29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   (a) Employees conducting roofing operations on a 9:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level.  The Carlos Ketz dba Ketz Contracting company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 925568, citation number 1, item number 1, group number a, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/02/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1807 Marshall St., Manitowoc, WI 54220.  The Carlos Ketz dba Carlos Ketz company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 921589, citation number 1, item number 1, group number a, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/02/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 613 27th St., Manitowoc, WI 54220.  The Carlos Ketz dba Roofin Garza company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 917041, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/26/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7615 Mission Drive Franklin WI 53132.
